Lately I've been insanely tired. I sleep
way more than ten hours a night and wake
up dizzy, tingly, headachey and still
tired. I talked to my doc today and she's
going to start me back on my iron again.
I'm going in on Thursday to have my iron
tested but she's pretty sure that it's
going to be extremely low. She asked me
about my diet and I had to admit that I've
been eating on average only once a day
with no attention to nutrients.

It didn't even occur to me to think of my
iron even though I know that I'm anemic.
She was a little miffed with me, I think.

Ah well, it feels good to know that I'll
start feeling better in a week or so. She
also told me to pick up some multivitamins
if I insist on not eating. I'll pick them
up but I've learned my lesson. I'll get
back on my high iron diet and stay there
this time. I've got my grapefruit juice
and spinach ready! And I'm going to cut
down on my coffee and tea...
