hi im 6 weeks pregnant and ive had realy bad headaces is it safe to take paracetamol in the 1st trimester ?

As far as i can remember paracetamel is one of the only medicinces that is safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Whatever you do don't take my word for it double check with your doctor even if you think you know something for certain

I think your right Danni!! My doctor suggested for me to take a panadol before i go for a walk because i've resently had to stop walking long distances because of muscle pain in my lower abdomen. It hurts so bad!! 5 minutes of walking and i'm in agony now!!

yes it is safe to tale paracetamol. if you are worried on what medicines you are not allowed to take it actually says it on the box or speak to your doctor
