ok... i admit it... i picked on a pimple
during high school and now there is a
scar
it's on my nose and it's rather deep...
it's not a scar that's just on top of the
skin... it's an actual hole...
i don't know how i can get rid of it... i
know it depends and it's very difficult to
get rid of ... esp since it's on my
nose...
but do you have any suggestions? has
anyone tried anything? i don't want to be
tricked into getting something if i go to
a doc.. but i am still looking for
something that might work

try vitamin e oil. that works on scars.
may take a little while but it works.

gotten rid of severla pits and
scars...well not completely, but have
deminished to almost non existance! Can
buy these Vitamin E capsules at your local
dollar store, poke it with a pin and rub
the oil in sparingly severla times a day.
As the above stated, it takes time, but it
does work!

I've got "craters" too, but I had cystic
acne and I picked at almost every single
one of them... it's not horrible
scarring but it is a little noticeable.

not 5 years. maybe a couple weeks or a
month or too. you want to put the oil on
the skin. it softens it up and it goes
away. my mom had a ton of scars from it
and she used vitamin e oil and you cant
really tell any more. you can also buy a
vial of the oil so you dont have to poke a
pill. but poking the pill is fun:)

(not sure on that spelling)....although
expensive... is the only thing that will
really help very much from my doctor...
