So What Are Best Ways to Have Better Sex Drive? Posted: 10-07-07 22:03pm
like I said, what are the best things to
do to increase male sex drive? I mean for
now, and for the next 60 years (ya I'm 20
and I wanna have sex @ 80
)
right now I'm thinking of:
1- good sleep (like 7 hours a day!)
2- eat good food? (what type of food?)
3- having sex 2/3 times a week (I know we
should do it more than that but I wanna
enjoy sex the rest of my life )
4- ??
5- ??
?? what else
I think it would be good for us to know
what is best for us

Exercise! Look, the keys to increasing sex
drive are living a healthy life over all.
Eating well, sleeping, and exercising. You
can look up how to eat healthy online very
easily.
And I honestly, if you WANT to do sex
more, then do it! That means you've got a
good sex drive, right?

Ok i have had experience with this.
I had a b e a u t i f u l girlfriend and
after about 3 years I kinda lost that
drive. I thought it was just me being
bored with her......boy was i wrong!!!!
I quit smoking pot(any drug fits here) and
started working out.
Let me tell you, I would hump a tree if it
gave me a wink..haha jkjk.
But really, compared to how I felt when I
was a stoner and a lump on a log, having
the sex drive back is AWESOME! Go out
there, flex those muscles, pump some iron,
let the sweat flow and you wont have any
problems. But im only 22, dunno about at
80, id worry about breaking a hip or
something lol.

Just wondering, what exactly is the
definition of sex drive? From reading
stuff on this forum for a few weeks now,
it seems quite general. Does it mean how
"horny a particular person is" and he/she
would go at it all the time if it were
possible or something else? I'm just
confused because people are posting stuff
about having too big of a sex drive and
not being able to control themselves, just
sounds like it means they are uber horny
no?
I thought it would mean something more
akin to how long one can last per
intercourse or how frequently they
physically are capable of doing it.

Not necessarily, it (clinically) means how
often you desire sex. Sometimes that is
the same as how often you are
physiologically aroused, but not all the
time (usually in the case of some kind of
sexual dysfunction).
How long one can last per intercourse is
the same as physiological arousal, right?
