it there anyway that i could still get my period if i have unpertected sex a week before my period ...I'm on birthcontrol but it was a random sleep over and i didn't have my pills with me could i be pregnent

How many pills did you miss? That's the important question. If you just missed one and took it the next day with your next pill then you're safe!
