I've been having constant pain in my mouth
for over a week now and I don't know what
it is. It's in the very back on the left
top side of my mouth. I thought it might
be wisdom teeth, but the more I look the
pain is more behind my gums, almost on the
top inside of my cheek where it meets the
roof of my mouth. Sometimes the pain is
worse than others, but it hurts more when
I smile or make certain facial
expressions. Often the pain is so bad that
it extends into my throat. I'm no dentist
but the inside of my mouth does appear to
be a bit swollen on that side, and i can
feel a bump right on the area where it
hurts the most, but it's soft, and not
like a tooth. Could this still be wisdom
teeth coming in? Or an infection of some
sort? Please help me! I'm scared and I
don't know what it could be but i HATE
going to the dentist.

do you think that it could be a cyst? It
could be wisdom teeth----i wold actually
go to a doctor before a dentist but that
is just me. if the doctor cant figure it
out then take a deep breath and go to the
dentist.
