I'm an uncircumcised 18yo male, perfectly
healthy, except for a few 'problems' down
below. I have had sex a few times before,
but a recent experience without using a
condom caused my foreskin to fully
retract. This caused me extreme pain so I
told the girl she was very bad at it,
pulled out and tried to sleep it off. In
the morning I was still in huge pain, and
I finally managed to push the foreskin
back into place. I believe I suffer from
Phimosis, because I have not retracted my
foreskin fully ever before.
I have continued to try to do so and it is
getting easier, but it still causes me
much pain and after doing some research
today, it looks as though this means I'm
tearing myself and causing some damage.
I am getting a lot of yellow discharge
which I suspect to be Smegma, which I had
not even spotted previous to this one
sexual experience (at least a week and a
half ago).
I am all over the place at the moment and
I do not want to see anyone about it and
have been completely avoiding having sex
with my new girlfriend. She will be ready
for it within weeks and I could go ahead
with it using a condom and not retracting
my foreskin, but I want to fix this
problem for myself and be able to retract
it.
As I said, I'm 18 years old... is
circumcision a good option or do I have to
stretch myself every couple of days (which
does not seem very appealing to me).
Recently I have started feeling itchy
around my foreskin, I believe an infection
is starting.
This is really messing with my head, I
just want to go under the operation and
hide for weeks.

I would never advize circumcision. Try
stretching first, and please tell your
girlfriend that you're going through this!
You will need to stretch for quite a
while, which will be slow but relatively
painless, AND you will keep your manhood
un-mutilated. OR, you *could* get a
circumcision, be in intense pain for 6
weeks, and have a mutilated wang and loose
a ton of sensitivity and have to deal with
a too-sensitive head of the penis.

Thanks for your suggestions Eiri, but I
still have some concerns. Firstly, I have
read that stretching will cause
micro-scarring and that will further
constrict the foreskins ability to
expand.
Secondly, does this method assist with the
constant smegma build-up, which apparently
is very much linked with Phimosis? I have
to clear it up regularly, and whenever I
masturbate there is quite a bit that seeps
up during and it stinks.
Is the foreskin meant to fully retract
during masturbation and intercourse?
Because the pain is too much to masturbate
when my skin is retracted. Apparently this
condition occurs to intact males if they
did not undergo stretching during / before
puberty, and apparently if I do want to
undergo stretching exercises I will need
some light anaesthetic and I must be very
careful about it to not amplify my
problems.
I know my best course of action is to see
a GP, but I'd much rather just hear what
people who have had first- or second-hand
experience with this have to say before
mustering up the courage to do that.
This whole experience is making me want to
turn back to drugs even more than I do on
a day-to-day basis. My last couple of
months of drug-free living would be for
nothing.

I've been doing stretching for the past 2
weeks or so, and must say its a very slow
process, BUT I am seeing results.
Are your glans really sensitive? If not,
stretching will be no problem at all.

Yes I am quite sensitive around the head,
wiping very gently with tissue causes me
to flinch. And not many things cause me to
flinch.
Thank you for your input BullZeye, this
forum is very helpful and I'd buy any of
you guys a drink.
Can I ask how old you are (at least what
age range) and whether you are
experiencing the smegma problem as well?
Also, could you describe how you are
stretching? (In a hot bath? Using cream?)
Thank you all very much again.

I went to a doctor to get some cream to
help aid the stretching.
Apparently, this cream makes it easier to
stretch and works as a lubricant, and also
helps make the skin "thinner". However,
its not necessary at all.
I'm 19 years old, and this problem has
caused me to stay a virgin and turn down
any sexual experiences I could have had
unfortunately.
I have phimosis to the point where the
skin won't even retract one bit while
flaccid.
Theres just a few steps...
1. Start by stretching out the top of the
foreskin, the purpose of this is to widen
the opening just from the top so its big
enough to insert two fingers or so.
2. Once the top is wide enough to stick in
2 fingers, use the index finger from each
hand and stick it in and use your thumbs
to get a grip. You need to go deep enough
until you feel the tight ring above the
glans causing the phimosis.
3. After you can grip this ring tightly,
this is the part you need to start
stretching on a regular basis. Keep
stretching it outward and then after a few
minutes, try pulling the foreskin down and
you will notice it goes down much further
after the exercise.
4. As soon as you think you've done enough
stretching of the ring, this is no longer
necessary. From now on you can just keep
pulling down the foreskin as much as
possible when you do the exercises. This
will make the foreskin more loose than
just stretching the ring because it will
be forced to expand as it goes down the
glans.
5. Eventually you will be able to retract
it fully while flaccid. Before attempting
this, make sure the skin is loose enough
so that when you pull it down, it doesn't
get stuck or it will stop blood flow.
Hope that helps.

You told the girl she was bad at sex?? Was
this really her fault??
ouch
I have also heard that circumcision will
leave scars that will cause less
sensation, and also leave your very
sensitive head exposed all the time. I
wouldn't reccommend it, either.

get 0.05% Betamane and do stretching
exercises. Apply this to the foreskin 2x a
day, and apply it on your foreskin and try
to put it on your RING, when skin is
pulled back in soft state. If you cannot
pull skin back when soft then don't worry,
just apply the skin on the top of your
skin. The thing is you should do this 2x a
day in the morning and night for 10mins
for each session. You must not rush this,
and it can take 6 to 8 or more weeks to
get a normal foreskin.
You only get scars if you go fast. You
need to have a large amount of patience.
