i usually only buy store brand meds. i dont see the point in spending twice as much on the exact same thing i can get for half.

Ugh....What is up with these things? My dad called my nice and early (I actually had both kids asleep and was sleeping nice n' cozy) and told me to throw away Adriana's Tylenol cold. I didn't get much info out of him, I was half asleep and he didn't know details, he just knew it was recalled.

I have the children's Tylenol cold multi symptom. Is that being recalled to??? Or is it just infants?

It seems like they are concerned with children under 2yrs. Some babies were overdosing because the labels weren't precise enough about how much to give.

Ok. My dad mentioned something about for under 2.
But when I bought it I must have got the wrong stuff, because it seems this is for the older kids. Some reason I thought there was a kind that was between infants and children. I must have been wrong. So maybe I did get the right stuff. My daughter is
1 1/2, and about 25lbs.

I would definitely just check with your doctor before you give it to her because she still is under 2. I think that most meds will say that on the label anyways. You can just never be too sure. All this recall stuff that is going on is crazy!!!!

Yeah, what Sandy said. Besides my pediatrician said that most of the infant medications are safe for children under two and the pharmaceutical companies put that on there because the variables in calculating the dosage (weight, parental idiocy Laughing ) would put them at too much risk to be sued.
