Q: Low Blood Platelet Count

Just had a quick question. When I had my glucose test at 28 weeks, the results came back that I had a low blood platelet count. My doctor told me that the count went from 180 at the beginning of pregnancy to 102.

They tested my blood again at 31 weeks, but I have to wait until my appointment this week to find out if they dropped any lower. Should I be concerned if it's at this level when I give birth or is it nothing to be concerned about? Also, if it does drop lower than 102, will they have to do anything differently during my delivery? Thanks! Smile
