Because every painting I have seen of them, they are portrayed as white.
Regardless, if they were a different race, how are caucasians in existence?

And who were the painters creating those images? The cultural impact of history is immense.

(I cant't really tell if you're serious or joking, sorry if I misunderstand.)

How are Caucasians in here?

Aliens. Smile

I can go along with evolution, it seems the most likely

Personally, if you allow for Genesis to be interpreted as metaphorical and symbolic, it is entirely possible to fit evolution from ape-like creatures in there. It's also possible to fit in the Big Bang in there. "Six days" can mean like, 6 billion years. You know, things like that. It's possible.

Yeah of course its possible, I go along with evoving from ape, I have seperate issues with that that have nothing to do with my religion as do many other people but i dont rule it out either.

Exactamundo eiri, god created the world in 6 days and rested on the seventh, what the heck is a day to God, what kind of time frame is it?

The big Bang is a theory I also something I tend to go along with but I am not sure on

To answer the question. I really don't know. Just like a lot of things are not proven. I just don't know. But I still have faith and I beleieve there has to be more to me, this life, then what I see. I beleive in God and in his word. I beleive without seeing..

Or how to spell it.

Dear Guest,

LITERAL- in accordance with, involving, or being the primary or strict meaning of the word or words; not figurative or metaphorical: the literal meaning of a word.

Not even just fruit, fruit that they weren't supposed to eat! And then a serpent TALKED! Because animals can definitely talk.

The big bang is a million billion times cooler than creationism. That is a fact. Razz

Unless God is a twelve-year-old boy keeping us in a petri dish, like in that one episode of The Simpsons. That's pretty cool, but not as cool as random explosions creating all life.

If we're going to discuss why Adam and Eve are always caucasian (even though they left the garden and set up shop in the middle east :::::rolling eyes:::::Smile let's throw this in there-

Why is God portrayed as a man??

I know there are lots of great answers to this and it's an old subject, but I thought maybe we'd have fun with it.

*If any of you are interested, comparing the bible creation stories to the ancient babylonian story is really interesting, and helps to explain why the earliest christians wrote the myth the way they did- to distinguish themselves as far away from the babylonians as possible.
