last month i went of the pill due to it was making me sick. Got period and now i am a week over due for my next one. Is this normal? I have been having unprotected sex. Have done pregnancy test it negative.

when you go on or off the pill it is normal for your period to get a little wacked. I'd wait a little longer, take another test, and if it's negative, your body is probably just adjusting. Welcome to e health!!

Well my period was suppose to come on my CD30 which was on Oct.19th.The thing is I started to spot on the 20th & 21st it started to flow today 10-22(Mon).My question is do I count the two days I spotted as part of my cycle or do I count Mon the 22nd as day one of my cycle?Thanks
