Idea it is hard to get used to -no meal after 6 pm ,- but it is the best thing u can do for urself if u tend to loose ur control while eating and during emotional eating. evenings are most dangerous for these reasons.

Now since i know it is good i shall try to follow it i hope it works for me.

cheers #####

Helloooooo,

Yes for the recent two days this diet plan has worked for me.

I get up in the morning have a cofee and banana.

Funny thing is with lunch, knowing that i shall not eat in the evening tempts me to binge, but in fact i dont eat more than i should. firstly, i know i have sm plans for the evening? secondly i dont have time enough to binge at lunch time.

at six o clock i have smth and thats all.

this experience does not guarantee me a life time balance but at the moment it is my life belt.

has anyone tryed to quit eating after 6 pm, and for how long has it worked for u?

cheers

My friend used 2 be bulimic and also tried the no eatin after 6pm diet plan. It worked, but she found she would be snacking during the day instead so things began 2 get worse for her again until she worked out a very carefu ldiet plan when she ate between 8 and 9 for breakfast, 12 and 1 for lunch and 5 and 6 for dinner. This works great for her and she still enforces it when she feels a little uneasy.

I hope this will give you some confidence

Best wishes x
