I have recently read that copd and lung cancer are closely related. Is this true? I was recently diagnosed with copd. Lung cancer and tb run in my family, all the way to aunts and uncles. Please help. What are my odds of getting cancer too? My mother died of cancer

Copd and lung cancer often go hand in hand if the person smokes. Do you smoke? If you do and you quit your risk of lung cancer will greatly decrease, and your copd will improve.
