mineral water while pregnant? I know you're not supposed to have any pop or caffeine but what about mineral water such as Perrier or Club Soda (does that have caffiene?-i don't even know) or Tonic Water?

i dont think mineral water like Perrier or Club Soda have caffine in them, just sodium to make it fizzy

nadia, you're pregnant? yay! congrats! you can have limited caffeine, though some people do like to cut it out completely. i'm overboard paranoid when i'm pregnant but i still drink soda daily. all those flavored seltzers are caffeine free.
