How Long Am I Supposed to Last???

so im sixteen and had sex with my
girlfriend for the first time the other
day and i only lasted like five
minutes...
is that normal??
and is there a way to make it last
longer??

That's perfectly normal!
As you get more experienced, you and your
partner will learn methods to slow things
down. Try changing positions during sex,
mixing intercourse with oral and manual
stimulation, focus on the girl.

Nope, that's fine. Like Georiga59 said in
time you'll find ways to make it last
longer. I personally don't like it lasting
anymore than 35 minutes because I dry up
and it starts to hurt.  But
one time we did it for 2 hours just so my
boyfriend could prove he could.. lol men

I like what Georgia wrote. Sex is not bam
bam bam etc. You can rotate between oral,
manual, different positions...all that.
Sometimes just being there and gazing into
the eyes of your lover with no moving or
anything...is a great experience and quite
arousing. You go too early? Help her out
and you'll be ready to go again in no
time. Id usually just give oral till she
came, then Id go nuts. Sometimes it
lasted 5 min, sometimes she would come
again, but focus on her first and foremost
But yea, just have as much sex as you can,
safely and responsibly. You cant help but
learn.

Good advice from the above replies. Just
for comparison; during my first, at about
your age, I did not even enter but blew
the load as I got near. Things do improve
with experience and there is really no
limit to how long you can last. It is a
mutual thing that you work out with your
lady.
