Almost sounds like you are causing alot of your own demise by what I call sefl diagnosis. That is not good. If you look up everyting on the web, you will be guarenteed to have some of them but, not necessarily have that illness. I personally would encourage you to stay away form those sites and listen to your doctor. You sound like you my very well have anxiety and panic. But, is it self induced? If indeed you feel these symptoms are getting the best of you, then by all means seek some help and counseling. Everyone is different and not always have the same symptoms. For me, I feel like a "twisted donut" 24/7. That is how my anxiety hits me. I am never calm. I am on medication to take the edge of.
Ever ache and pain I use to get, I would look up on the web and say "Yep, I have those symptoms, so I must have that illness. Then I got sick and tired of being sick and tired, and finally stopped doing that. Listen to your doctor, he is your best source.
I also have been diagnosed with acid reflux (GERD) and the last attack I had a couple of weeks ago, I swear I thought my throat was on fire! I have never felt such burning in my life.

You know, I took an abnormal psych class and by the end I felt like I had every known psychological disorder. Lol, it was terrible.

Here's my suggestion- write down every physical or mental symptom you are experiencing and rate it from 1-5, 5 being it bugs you every day and you can't deal with it, 1 being it's really not too bad and you could probably live with it if you had to.

Take this list into a doctor and see what she says. If the doctor doesn't come up with something to help you with the 3's, 4's and 5's, take it to a different doctor and then a psychiatrist/psychologist and see if she can help you.

Also, you might want to stop in to a psychologist if you feel you need help dealing with these horrible things you've had to deal with recently, when things like that go wrong sometimes you just need someone to talk to and help you through it.

One last thought- our breasts change in lumpiness throughout our menstrual cycle, so it can from time to time just feel lumpier than normal. Have you been doing monthly self exams? Start if you aren't, and you will know what they normally feel like so you have something better to compare it to. Do them at the same time in your cycle each time.

Hope you find some answers-
