about 6 or 7 years ago i discovered that i
have a lump on my left testicle. sometimes
i feel shooting pain coming from there,
its not very painfull and most of the time
i dont feel it. i also notices that my
left tisticle hangs lower then my right
one. also, this lump seems to disappear
and appear from time to time. somedays it
gets big, but some days i cant even feel
it, like its not there. i just want ot
find out what this might be. thank you.

A lump in a testicle is an early warning
sign of testicular cancer, just like a
lump in a breast. You need to see a
doctor.
This doesn't mean you have cancer, it just
means you should get checked out to make
sure you don't.

It's natural to have one testicle larger
than the other.
HOWEVER, when you have a lump on one that
does a disappearing act, coupled with
shooting pains, you MUST see a doctor. The
longer you leave it, the higher the
possiblity for the necessity to remove the
testicle ... or worse... It could spread
into other areas of your body.

marvel is right, it is natural to have one
testicle hang lower then the other. Also
if you watch, your penis will tend to lean
to the lower testicle.
