Will a regular blood test for STDs show if I am pregnant? ..or would I have to get a blood test done just for that purpose? I got one for STDs I am just wondering if it would show up there..? Please help! Thanks!

You need to request a pregnancy test. They do not do it automatically. If you have missed your period, you could take a home pregnancy test.
