I still have mine in and Im 21 weeks, I also ordered a Maternity ring thats like 2" (isnt metal) and really flexible, has anyone tried those before? If so have they worked? my doctor told me i would have to take mine out here soon and I made the comment "Well Im getting a maternity ring" and she goes "oh ok" and Im like do those work? and she goes "I have no idea" ?!?!?!!? So Im not sure what to think/do lol

no one said anything about it they just said if it gets uncomfortable take it out. Well it started as a hole in the middle of the piercing so you coukd see the bar through it and then the hole got bigger untill the skin covering the bar was all gone

i had mine in until I started to get some belly. Then I took it out. It was grown up by the time my daughter was born but I just had my hubby repierce it (the joys of being married to a free lance piercer.)

okay hold the blonde jokes..

um it always depends on everyones body when it comes to tummy rings... your belly button is usually very changed from pregnancy and it becomes not only a discomfort but can hurt you as well

I kept my metal bar in for my entire pregnancy, & even gave birth with it in. I never got very big so it wasn't a problem.. it didn't even feel tight or anything.
