Reversing the Effects of Over Mastubation? Posted: 10-16-07 08:29am
Hi there, now i started masturbating when
i was about 14-15 and continued doing it
for large numbers of times per day till
now and i am 20.
Now before i started mastubation i could
have sex and lasted a long time with
ejaculating. But since i picked up
mastubation from the age 16 when ever i go
to have sex i have premature ejactulation,
not even lasting 1minite having sex.
Does know what i can do/ take to reverse
these effects?

you're maybe too excited. Focus and
discipline are two vital things for a
long-lasting sex. at least this works for
me . . .

Daniel12345,
You are still young...my wife complains
that I take too long! And most men seem to
suffer from "taking a long time" if they
have been masturbating a lot shortly
before having real sex with a partner.
Just relax and don't worry about it...if
you have an orgasm quickly with a partner,
can you maybe get hard again in 30 minutes
and then last longer?
Most especially, if you are with a
woman...take care of her FIRST! After
spending a good amount of time on her and
giving her perhaps 2 or 3 orgasms, then
take care of yourself. She will still be
aroused, and the fact that you come
quickly will not be a bother to her at
all!

1. You had sex before you were 14 years
old?
2. Masturbation does not cause problems
during sex.
3. When did you start masturbating? 14, or
16? You contradict yourself...
4. So, you had sex before you were 16?
I'm not going to even go on about how you
were far too young to be having sex as it
is in the past. Your PE now is not related
to masturbation. You could try
masturbating more slowly and holding off
orgasm as long as possible if you think
you need to retrain yourself.
