Hi Jackie,
It sounds like you've got it pretty bad
right now. I know you don't want to see a
doctor, but the way you're feeling has got
to suck and they may be able to make it
better. You're not crazy, you're bipolar,
and that is a chemical/biological illness
just like cancer is. People are
uneducated if they make fun of you.
I know you must be scared, but you have to
tell someone how you feel.
Write them a note, tell them you are
scared, sometimes that makes it easier if
you write it down. Your mom loves you and
would probably do anything to help you so
you don't feel like this. Your mom would
probably rather find out in a note than in
the hospital how upset you are. Please
get some help, honey...
let me know if I can do anything,
Birch

Bipolar disorder really is easy to treat
with medication hon! You don't have to
feel the way you do, and you don't deserve
to feel the way you do. Tell someone and
tell them you need help, that you don't
want to feel this way any more.
Psychiatrists aren't just for crazy
people. I bet you about 80% of the
american population will see a
psychiatrist at some time in there life.
And they really can help you. If you had
cancer, would you refuse to go to the
doctor for treatment? No! There is nothing
wrong with getting help.

if your 15 its possible your just having a
rough time through puberty and/or
depression. its hard to pin point you have
bpd at your age because of how in the
teenage stage your body is developing and
your mind is too. thus causing confusion,
anger, immaturity, and depression. once
you hit your 20's your frontal lobe is
more developed and you become more mature.
therefore you become calm and think more
logically and stop acting on impulses.
usually if bpd or schizophrenia runs in
your family theres a chance you have it
also, its believed that its genetically
passed on. i find it hard to believe
youve been diagnosed with Hypomania
Bipolar Disorder when you sound like a
common teenager. perhaps practice in
selfcontrol and anger management will do
you good or just time and age.
