Happy I hate stepping on the scale anymore, so I don't look. I don't even know how much I've gained, thankfully.

It depends on how much you weight to start. You are a small person, your doctor would probably recommend 25+ pounds. But someone who started off heavier might be recommended to gain less.

so if im 113 then ive gained 13 lbs so far
so i should gain another 12 lbs in the next 9 weeks Shocked whos is that possible?
im scared im not gaining enough weight
my dr isnt concerened she says as long as i dont Loose anything then im ok

I wouldn't be concerned. Most people gain more weight towards the end of their pregnancy anyway. If you are eating right (spinach? veggies?) and taking your vitamins (iron? Smile Then you'll be fine.

lol no spinach
the only veggies i eat are corn and greenbeans and potatoes and tomatoes
and lettuce if its in taco bell burritos

i hope i gain atkeast 10 more lbs or something
its frusterateing becauuse i eat like a horse
i dont know where it all goes

First off, the lettuce that is in taco bell burritos IS NOT a vegetable. It contains NOTHING but water. Sheesh. Not a veggie.

Corn is not a great 'veggie' either. I mean, it is better than nothing. But not great. Potatoes? No way. Not counting it. Tomatoes appear to be the best veggie you eat. Eat more of them.

Let me rephrase what I said: COLORFUL VEGGIES.

What are you eating so much of? Don't say processed foods please. Smile

lol
well i eat lots of strawberries and melon
lots of grapes
lots of meat, chicken breast,ribs,brisket,hamburgers. steak sometimes
i eat lots of cheese and yogurt
pizza
rice Smile
taquitos
patato skins
nachos and any other mexican food
oh and lots of fajitas!!!

lots of ravioli and macaroni and cheese
ALOT fo candy...i know its not good but its my thing i guess

havent really had fast food in a while. the closest thing to fast food ive eaten in the last week was fudruckers.

make sure you drink plenty of water if youre having diarea so you dont get dehydrated Very

LOL I'm on iron pills, that's what weird and funny! They were making constipated. I haven't had it today, so that's good. And the last 3 days, it was only one time a day.

Maybe you can mix veggies up into some other kind of food... like vegan lasagna or stew or chili?

I have the same sort of diet as you suzy!!

But i'm not constipated though. I'll admit i dont go everyday but when i do its not too much of a struggle!!

oh i eat lots of chilli!!! and lasagna but not vegan lol
i did have a stew thing the other day at a chinease restraunt with rice and veggies and pepper steak but i couldt pick the veggies out so i just ate it

another thing is ive NEVER dranken milk in my entire life
ew. i only have it with cereal thats it

i eat lots of beans too if that helps at ll lol
what kind of lean meats should i start eating?

More whole grains. You can get whole wheat tortillas. Not ideal, but better than the full fat ones you are probably eating.

And, yes, veggies. You need more fiber in your diet and your body needs the vitamins that are in them. Fruit is like natures candy and it has a lot of sugar.
