Hi, I'm Birch and was just appointed a mod for this forum. I'm 28 and have had migraines off and on since I was in fifth grade. I have had tension headaches everyday until about four years ago when I cut caffiene and dramatically changed my diet. I have figured out how to cope with migraines. If I can be of any help, please let me know!
