Anitbiotics And Birth Control

I started anitbiotics for strep throat on Ocober 14th, and I was just wondering how long my birth control will be affected by them. I'm using Tri-Cyclen, if that makes any difference.

Any help would be great. thanks.

You would need to use back-up for the entire time you are on antibiotics, and for 7 ful days after that.
