Does anyone know what bad breath would
mean in a 12 month old? I have heard and
infection in the body but I just want to
see what others think. It sounds weird I
know but his teeth get brushed daily so
it's not that kind of bad breathe. It is
almost a sweet smell.

do you brush his tongue?? The tongue
harbors more germs than the teeth/gums.
Try brushing his tongue and see how it
goes!

Sometimes a sweet smelling breath can mean
an issue with sugar. I worked with a
woman doing home health and sometimes we
would walk in her room would smell kind of
sweet like juicy fruit. She was diabetic.
