Pain On Both Sides In My Lower Back Posted: 10-17-07 19:42pm
If anybody can help me with this I will be
very happy. I'm an early 30 years old
women and every day for the past 2 years,
I wake up in the morning with this pain on
both side in my lower back not far above
my butt. It is a really strange pain.
Even sometimes the pain is so strong that
it keeps me up at night and when I wake up
in the morning I can't bend cause the pain
is unbearable. The pain feels like a very
tight pressure sensation. It never
reaches the middle of my back and there is
no pinching, no burning, no bone pain feel
alike and the pain is not in the flank
area, its between the butt and the flank
area. The pain is hard to explain, the
more the months goes by the more the pain
gets worst. I try to search the internet
for symptoms but cannot reach anything
other than posterior iliac pain or disc
pain, it's nothing like that. Sometimes
the pain is so strong especially in the
morning and it makes me feel nauseaus. If
anybody has any answer to this pain,
please write me. I went to doctors
several times and all the time I come out
with inflimmatories medications which
never does anything. I forgot to mention
that even when I touch the areas, it is
very painful.

Please seek the advice of a neurologist or
doctor who specializes in the spine.
Have you ever tried sleeping on another
mattress?
