Can Pregnant Women Get Periods? Posted: 10-17-07 21:27pm
I recently had a pregnancy scare. And
while I've had virtually no symptoms, I
was waiting to see if I would get my
period to make sure I wasn't pregnant. I
finally got it a couple days ago. And
while the first day was normal and I had
cramps, it kind of faded away after just
three days. I'm on the 4th day and I'm
still getting a little something, but the
whole time it's been quite light; lighter
than most of my other ones. My periods are
very short and irregular normally and I
was just wondering if this change in my
period could mean I'm pregnant. I've heard
of pregnant women still getting their
period. Also, I've been under a lot of
stress because of school. I heard that
could change the pattern of your period.
Could anyone give me some advice or
information? Thanks!

If you got your period, you're not
pregnant. You said yourself that you are
irregular so you really answered the
question yourself.

If there is ever a concern over pregnancy,
the best thing to do is to take a
pregnancy test. No one can tell you what
your body may be doing because no one else
lives in your body.

I've been there, I've taken many

your mind at ease.
