Update Please Read- stress at work Posted: 10-18-07 10:55am
In my first post i let you guys know how i
thought i had anxiety etc. I recently took
a trip to the doctor and he reckons i have
bad work stress, just now he has given me
a week off and put me on a months course
of propranolol hydrochloride (bedranol).
Has any one used this? today i fell quite
spaced out and stuff. Its basically a
beta blocker aimed at thyroid and anxiety.
Also i am worried about what they work
will say to me as he put 'stress at work'
on my doctors line which i have sent in to
them. cheers guys.

I've never used it. Just make sure you
keep in contact with your prescribing
doctor- if you are feeling too weird on
it, you can try changing the dosage or
whatever you need to feel better. But give
it a little time.
Remember, too, that you have rights at
work. I hope they will respond
supportively, but if they don't, fight for
your rights.
