First of all hope you feel better soon. I had the feeling of nuesa etc. before Ada was born but it could also be a bug going around. I'd keep track of the BH and if you don't feel better in 15-20 minutes I'd call the oncall doc. to see what he/she might suggest. When I was 32 I was dilated at 2 cm and they had to give me meds to stop the contracts. I'd try to rest for a lil bit and lay on my left side and if not feeling better very soon call the doc. Rather be safe and a "worry wort" then put it off and something actually be wrong and you kicking yourself with the what ifs later.

It might be a bug. I just say that because we all know that I've had the same thing for 3 days in a row. And of course you can always call your doctor if your unsure.
