neil has to pay £200 a month to the
babies. He is not happy but that is going
purely towards nursery fees and clothes.
It's not like I'm going to spend it on
myself I
told him I'll give him reciepts every
month
I also got full custody as he didn't want
50/50 custody
What a swell father

some men are jerks. it's probably worked
out for the best that you did get full
custody. I don't think I'd want to share
custody of my son with someone who really
didn't want his own child. The kids might
pick up on that attitude and end up with
serious issues. Don't even sweat it, it's
his loss. You have wonderful kids, if he
can't see that he's an ass.

You do not need to provide him with
receipts. It is his responsibility to help
pay for his children, and portions of that
money should be included in HOUSING COSTS,
FOOD, Nursery fees, Clothes, medical
expenses, fun, etc.
As with any parent, he needs to pay child
support for the children because they are
HIS kids.
I am aware that men feel like child
support is unfair to them - but what about
the kids? This money is FOR kids. For
supporting kids.

That attitude drives me insane!! I don't
understand why some men think that their
exes are living the high life on the
paltry sums they receive in child support
each month. I don't understand why they
believe that they have no real financial
obligation to their children are why they
think that rent doesn't need to be paid,
gas, electric and water are unnecessary
and that clothes grow with the children.
Becks, that amount is around 400 USD.
That's what you get for both children? My
dh pays way more than that for one child
each month. Maybe the determining factors
are different in the US, or maybe the cost
of living is different... or maybe a bit
of both...

i don't know kay. it's determined by his
wages. a percentage of it goes to the kids
and at the moment he's got a different job
and is on a lower wage.

I would not worry about giving receipts.
If he doesn't like it then tough. You are
the one working to actually raise your
children. At least everything is finally
settled and you can go on with your life.
I hope everything works out for the best
from here on out.
