I have a couple of questions regarding my
bf's (28 y.o) penis. The urethra hole is
not where I've seen other penis'. His is
acutally more underneath the head of the
penis and it has more of an oval shape
opening. Most other penis' I've seen the
urethra hole is directly at the tip of the
penis. Another thing is he tends to sit
when urinating because he sprays. I'm
guessing because of how big the hole is
and where it's located that's why his pee
shoots to the right and left. One last
thing is that he's always leaking from his
penis. I'll always see him stick his hand
down his pants to wipe the tip off. Not
just after sex, but anytime. He is
circumcised so I'm wondering could his
urethra hole be where it is because of the
circumcision, or is it normal for some
guys to have it down in that area and
leaking all the time?

It is known as Hypospadias and is mostly a
cosmetic problem, except in severe cases.
Surgery is often performed in infancy to
correct it.
I'm not sure if leaking is an effect of
hypospadias, but if he's been doing it for
life, I'd think it would be.

is is one of the complications
circumcision can cause, his doctor cut his
urethra doing a partial metectomdy
<sp?>. it can be fixed by a plastic
urological surgeon.

Hypospadias is not caused by botched
circumcision, but a similar condition can
happen as a result and is rare.

Hypospadias is exactly what it looks like
when I google the word. It's not as bad
as I've read some can be where it's
mid-shaft or down near the testies, but I
just wasn't sure why it looked different.
Thanks for the information though. At
least now I know more about it.
