about charting. I am charting online
(just started), but I also want to chart
on paper. Regarding the BBT...how will I
know when I O'd?

You will see a definite temperature
increase after ovulation. If you are
using fertility friend they will make the
crosshairs on your ovulation day. Your
temp should be .5 to 1 degree above your
temps before ovulation. My temps are
usually around 97.4 or 97.5 before
ovulation. After ovulation, my temps go
up into 98.5 or so. That is the way I
know when I have ovulated.
