Can Not Bend My Ankle Properly??? Posted: 10-20-07 15:10pm
hey about a year ago i badly sprained my
ankle and a huge bump formed on the side
of my ankle and now when i go to bend my
ankle forwards on my toes, it hurts but i
can bend my other ankle further

This could be serious have you seen a
doctor, your feet have to bear your weight
for the rest of your life, if sprains dont
heal properly they can cause problems
years later such as arthritis i would see
a good doctor if you have not allready.

yes even more so it sounds as if you may
have a small fracture, if so your ankle
will probably get worse as time goes on
