I have been spotting for 2 1/2 weeks now.
I am on the pill and have been for 4
months now. This past sunday I started my
reminder pill and have not gotten my
period yet, but continue to spot. I took
a hpt and the test has two seperate
windows, one for the result and the other
for the test working properly sign. The
result window has a faint line in it...
But it is sideways. Is that normal?

It depends on what brand of test. Some of
the tests have one line, a plus sign, etc.
I would recommend testing again just to
be sure. Clear blue easy is a very good
brand. If you have a faint line in both
windows, that normally means you have
elevated levels of hcg in your body, which
normally indicates pregnancy. If you
weren't pregnant, the test would normally
have only one line, and that's in the
control window to show the test is
working, but as I said, it depends on the
brand. Good luck & keep us posted!
