Most of my anxiety and panic attacks
happen at night.. I mean, don't get me
wrong, I've had panic attacks during the
daytime, but most of the time I get the
most anxiety in the evening and before
bed.
Is this normal? Should I take my meds at
night instead of morning?

Your mind is supposed to be at rest at
night. But, with us that have anxiety, it
gives our minds a chance to relax enough
from our busy daily lives to think about
all the stuff that make us anxious. Like,
what is going to happen tomorrow? Am I
going to have another bad day tomorrow?
What about next week? How am I going to
get through this?
All this is now going through your (trying
to relax) mind and it can't get to the
point of relaxation. This is very normal.
At least during the day we try and keep
our minds busy and talk ourselves down
from those horrific attacks. At night when
we are lying in bed all alone or even with
a partner, it is a perfect time for our
minds to go overboard.
Usually, what I do is listen to the radio
with my headset on a station with soothing
music. Sometimes that really can help you
mind relax to the point where you can
sleep.
