Are Erectile Dysfunctions Related to Diet And Lifestyle ? Posted: 10-22-07 05:54am
I have a quick question about my erection
problems. Heres the scenario:
When masturbating 50% of the time I am not
full erect and I have no idea what it is -
I'm only fully hard when I'm masturbating
to porno. About 2 years or so ago (before
I started drinking/smoking) my penis
seemed to be bigger but since I'm on the
smokes/drink I don't seem to be gaining as
much of a boner. So my question is, does
Erection problems have anything to do with
diet and generally being fit (as I once
was)? How can I get back to have rock hard
erections?
Thanks guys

Oh it definitely can have to do with your
diet/lifestyle. Drinking and smoking,
especially, will reduce not only your
erections and cardiovascular health but
also cause you to feel less sensation when
you are masturbating or having sex.
Anything that improves your cardiovascular
health will improve your erections. If you
try to fix your diet and drinking and
smoking, and you still have this problem,
you should see a doctor.

Your diet has everything to do with
everything, and it's not just smoking and
drinking.
Every single cell and body part in your
whole body absorbs everything you consume
(eat, drink, breathe, etc.).
So certain foods & certain supplements + a
decent workout routine (even 10 minutes of
focused fast walking or running a day is
phenomenal) + plenty of water = killer sex
drive with an uber hard on.
You have to know what is going to work
though, because there are a lot of garbage
"health" foods out there.

Thanks alot for the advice
BuildABetterLife. I already workout 5
times a week for approximately 30 minutes
so I guess it's up to me now to start
eating and drinking healthy.

Regarding health and lifestyle risk
factors, those who experience emotional or
stress-relatedproblems are more likely to
experience sexual dysfunctions.
Basic lifestyle recommendations: stop
smoking, less drinking alcohol, sleep
more, eat good balanced food and respect
your partner. Combine that with good
exercise.
if you are a diabetic or have any chronic
disease - visit a doctor.
