I have been on the pill for 3 years and have never had problems, it has been very effective. 2 weeks ago, however, I believe I ovulated (i had always been able to feel when I ovulate when I was not on the pill). My period was only a day late, but I am experiencing unusually severe cramps, and unusually heavy bleeding. Is it possible that I am pregnant, or was pregnant but then miscarried right away because of the hormones in the pill???

If it was heavy bleeding and u were preg I would say u may very well have miscarried.. But if u have been taking it correctly then I dont think u would be preg but if u notice other symptoms anytime soon I would go to the doc and get a blood test.
