Knowing me, I'd get the wax and paper in place and then chicken out, and have a strip of paper stuck to my bits for Lord knows how long. Sad

I love you guys!! I actually did that once when he ripped a really huge section. I got in the shower and turned the water on as hot as I could stand it and tried to melt the wax off. I ended up cutting the wax out and shaving instead.

That makes it official! I am never using a home kit! Laughing At least if I went to a salon, I would be too nervous to say "no no no wait!" 40 times. I'd be too self-concious and wouldn't want the girl to know how nervous I was. Yay for keeping up appearances.

Not that I have $75 laying around for a wax job. I think I'll just keep shaving her. Laughing

I worked as an estethican for 6 years and well in school for it we had to practice on each other ...had too have so many bikini, armpit, legs, arms, eyebrows, lips, ches t,back, and brazilian before we could graduate.....some parts hurt so bad that i would literally cry.....but i have waxed a ton of ladies who can actually sleep through the entire process....i guess if you have someone who really knows what there doing the waxing can be a little less painful.....as for myself well ....i shave ...im not dumb and i refuse to subject myself too that kinds pain lol

i had a guy walk into the salon one time and tell my co-worker that he needed a waxing....she assumed it was a man's bikini and walked him into the room gave him a gown too change into and when she walked back in he had a lil teepee happenin she just bout caca ....but he stopped her and told her he had a slight problem ...he grew a strip of hair on his penis and it bothered his wife during sex....so she told him she wasn't going too do it but she would walk him through how to do it himself ...figuring if he was some sort of perv then she would get her satisfaction of seeing him in pain...non the less he waxed himself and she left the room ....when he came out he walked up to the cash register and asked how much....she charged him $150 for one strip on his penis ....needless to say he never came back......

so Venus is a good one? I am terrified of any razor other than my intuition becuz of cutting myself. Thats the only one i have found that i dont cut myself.

I like to shave my bits, but I always get a rash even if i do it every other day. I like being smooth down there though. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to keep the razor rash from forming? I can only use and electric hair clipper, but that doesn't get all the hair.

they can do it either way
if its too long then you may want to trim it before it gets waxed
it will be less painful that way
i find it less painful the shorter the hair is Very

I would SSOOO get my pits waxed. I shave everyday and they are always smooth to the touch, but either my skin is really thin, or my hair is really dark (actually, I think its both) because, no matter what I do there is always a 'shadow'. Almost like you can see the route under my skin. SOO annoying. Does anyone know about how much that costs?

Maybe I am weird, but I shave every day. My hair grows super fats and I can NOT stand any stuble. I also shave my girly parts and arms.

I have had my bits, pits, legs, eyebrows waxed and it isn't really that bad. If the person doing it rips the muslin off quick and then applies pressure to it. No ingrown hairs and it stays smooth for a long time.

When you do it long enough the hair just doesn't come back. Seriously.

NADS sucks. It's really think sugar paste and it doesn't work well at all. I bought some thinking I had a pair large enough to wax my own legs with it. What a incredibly nightmare it was. Shocked
