i havent hurt or injured myself in MONTHS
and then today was HELL i couldnt take it
the first thing that i did was ran to my
purse and got out my razor i dont know i
just couldnt help i thought that i had
gotten over doing this to myself but i
couldnt help it it was the only thing that
could calm me down
i just need some advice or someone to talk
to
anything or anyone

Just the fact that you were able to
abstain from this for two months shows you
can do it. Before you go to your purse and
get that razor out, try and talk yourself
down. Ask youself why you have to do it.
It is obvious you can and will get a hold
of this problem yourself. You just have to
put a little more effort into those times
you think you are re-lapsing again.
Cutting is something that take alot of
energy trying not to do. If you made it
through two months it shows you have what
it take to get yourself though this. And
you can do it again. I know you can!
First thing I would do is take that razor
out of your purse and don't leave one
where it is easily execessable to you.
That along will help. Secondly, think
about it before you do it. I mean really
think about it. Try and figure out what is
triggering the cutting and go from there.
There has to be a trigger. Anger, stress,
depression etc.
