Stopped Pills, Late Period, Can I Get Pregnant? Posted: 10-24-07 01:35am
I went of the pill about 6 wks ago and got
period but havent had one since. I now
two weeks late. Want to know can i still
get pregnant? Have done pregnacy test and
it negative. Is this normal?

you really never know with birth control.
its always hard. im in the same boat
somewhat so right now just wait it out or
go test yourself.

tell me about it, i think ive been having
some odd bleeding latley like for a hardly
a day or two i had a brownish discharge
and now nothing and today i just felt
really off. Waiting blows, but im actually
going in tomorrow for a blood test so i
get to finally figure out now if i am or
not.

it another week and if still nothing will
go to doctor for blood test to find out
what going on.

If you've had unprotected sex since you've
been off the period, you could definitely
be pregnant.
If not, then it's probaby just the
hormones. I wouldn't worry too much.

So the anwer to your original question is,
Yes, you can get pregnant, but a late
period so soon after quitting birth
control does not mean you are pregnant.

i in shock trying to work out how to tell
boyfriend and bit worried cause of my age

Well, first you should go to the doc and
get a blood test to make sure you are
pregnant. Than think about how to tell!
