What are the rules of child support? What
happens if they dont pay? How much do
they have to pay and whatnot? I need the
dirty details, cuz just in case things
dont work out like I had originally
planned with danny.. I need to know this
stuff. Anyone?

Yea they are. And stupid me fell for this
kid a longggg time ago, let him deflower
me .H.A.H.A. And now hes got my head all
screwd up..Not to mention..The nice lil
figure I had about 8 months ago -lol- awh
crap..Gota roll with the punches...Thats

Child suport depends on how much they
make... What happens if he doesnt pay..
Well here if they miss a payment they get
a letter saying the missed it an have 2
weeks to send it out if not a warrent goes
for their arrest an then they get sent to
court promising to pay

Before you try to get child support...
Maybe you can talk to him and tell him to
give you say like 300 a week or
something... Try that first... You will
get more money that way... If he decides
he is not going to pay they will tell him
to go to court..... They may doc it from
his pay... But you never know... Good
luck.. And don't worry about it hun...
It sounds like you may be better off this
way...

I would definitly go to court.. Otherwise
u can agree on a set amount and hes not
binded legally to pay it.. Then u can get
screwed..
But im really sorry I dont know the
facts of it yet but I will have to soon!

Well out here in new york it depends on
their income. If they don't pay up to a
certain amount they get arrested. But my
ex-brother-in-law hasn't paid caca, or
pays when he feels like it and they
haven't done anything to him. I say if
he doesn't pay medical question him and
screw him over. But gypy04 is right try
and talk to him to see if he'll support
him. Try and let things go easy, I mean
if it's really ended, make sure you try to
find a way to end it on good terms.
Because otherwise he is going to be a d I
ck
about it. I'm sorry things didn't work
out I know you love him, but maybe it's
for the best. I know things are easier
said than done. Good luck in what ever
happens.

Dont regret anything sweetie (you guys did
have good times together and he can never
take that from you, I know that is such an
old saying but it is true) and i'm sorry
to hear he dumped you 
but you and your lil lady dont need him
but try to talk to him before you haul him
into court and lee is right, much of the
amount of support is based upon his income
so check what it is in your state and keep
us posted
