Posted: 10-24-07 16:25pm

Ok.. So I am on cd 38 and still nothing Confused No period and when I tested on the 19th it came back negative. If I were to skip this month how would I track for next month? I am so not good at this Sad Any help would be appreciated. Smile

Are you just tracking your days or are you temping too? Temping would show your ovulation days regardless of whether you 'missed' your period or not. Try fertility friend. Smile Good luck!

Oh and also is it true that if you
don't have a period = no ovulation = can't get prego?

No it isn't true that if you don't get your period you can't get pregnant. You will not get preggo that month because you more than likely didnt ovulate, but it doesnt mean that you won't ovulate.

You need to start temping to fully understand your cycle. You need to get a basal body temperature thermometer. You can get them at walmart for $7. Go to fertilityfriend.com and start there. It is really easy and lots of girls here use it so we can answer any questions you have.

Do you have to temp at the same time every day? My work schedule has me flipping from morn shifts to eve shifts so I rarely get up at the same time each day.

Yes it is recomended that you temp at the same time every morning. How much does your waking time fluctuate? You can set your alarm and take your temp and go back to sleep. You can also use the temp adjuster in fertility friend to adjust your temps.

Its not that much of a big deal that you shouldn't try it

Ok so I am officially like 11 days late. I am on cd 40 and nothing. The only thing I have noticed is that yesterday and today I am so tired I am taking a nap during the day. Even my acne is clearing up. So this weekend I am going to get a basal body temp thermometer and start tracking that asap. I have also converted most of my info to fertility friend so maybe this will help. Thanks.. Wish me luck. Smile
