I am having my 4th baby. I am 35 weeks pregnant today. Over the past few days I have been experiencing contractions on and off which can be quite painful. I have never experienced anything like this with my previous pregnancies. I have dropped quite low. Does anyone think I am going to have this baby early??

Hey! I'm 35 weeks today too. Smile I've heard that sometimes Braxton Hicks can be painful, but you shouldn't have more than 4 in an hr right now. (I think that's correct). If you're having more than I would def. make a call to your doctor.

More than 4 an hour = call your doctor. Or anytime you have a pregnancy worry, really, it is best to call your doctor's office and see if they would like for you to come in.

Things to try (which you probably already know since this is your 4th pregnancy!): drinking more water. Dehydration can cause contractions. Laying on your left side for a rest can also help settle things down.

Good luck!
