Docs Appt. Posted: 10-25-07 09:10am
Ok So I have my first docs appt today. I
am really nervous cause it is a new doc.
I hate having to get a new doc. The old
one has already seen everything Oh
well. So we will finally get a yes or a
no from a doc. I told my dh that it will
be just our luck to get there and he be
like, "umm mam you are not pregnant." I
hope not, but we will know for sure here
and just a bit. My appt is at 10:45.
I'll be back to fill everyone in. Keep
your fingers crossed for me.

k..so I went. Oh and by the way the doc
was great. He was really nice. Even nicer
when I told him my mil worked at the same
hospital as he...he gave me great
discounts
At first just basing it on my last af he
said that I was 9 weeks My dh looked at
me just like that---seriously. Then when
he did the ultrasound it was only the sac
still and no fetus visible. So then he
said based on that I am only 5 weeks...My
dh looked a little better after that.
That is about what we thought I was. So
he scheduled me for another ultrasound
next Wed. to see if then we can see
anything dif.

That happened to Sarah too. She went in
and they told her she was like 15 weeks.
She turned out to be like 6. Big
difference.
I'm glad that you like your doctor. And
you get an extra ultrasound, Yay!
Did they take a bunch of blood and Go over
everything under the sun?

Haha!!.. Yeah I would say that there is a
BIG dif in 15 to 6.
He actually did not do the blood test yet.
He did a pap cause I was due for it come
Jan. and he said it is safer to do it
earlier in preg. As far as the blood
test he said we would wait til Wed. when
he does the 2nd ultra. I hate needles so
that was perfectly ok with me
Oh
