Hi, I have had recurring chalazions, (dx
thru dr. just looking at it) it isn't very
large. Not very uncomfortable but I did
notice for a few days now the vision in
that eye is slightly uncrisp. A little
blurry. I called my eye dr and spoke to a
nurse who thinks the bump could be
pressing on the optic nerve. Said to hot
compress the heck out of it and I have an
appt. early next week. From what I have
been reading about these things, it seems
it is rare to get blurry vision with this.
I am really worried. TO make matters
worse this is the same eye that had a big
floater come on early this year, that went
away the next day ( was told a moving
floater is normal) and the next day I had
a headache in my eye/temple area that
lasted for months and gradually went away.
Still have temple pangs now and then. Yes
I did see 2 neuros , GP and my eye dr.
Had open MRI and everything was fine. I
E< they didn't see anything wrong
though I had pains that otc medicine did
not help with. Can anyone relate to any of
this? Could this eyelid bump cause vision
problems? Thank You.

I guess I picked the wrong place to post.
Does anyone know of a site that has more
action? You hardly ever get a reply here.
