Hello, just wondering if someone would be able to help me identify what is on my upper leg. It looks like a little pimple with a white head. Normally that would be ok and i would know it was an ingrown hair. However, this time the red spot is a bout 3in in diameter. Again that might not be so bad but here is the kicker, my whole upper leg hurts, it feels like it is bruised, hurts to walk and when it is touched..even sensitivly. As well it is very warm. Maybe I am just being a smuck and it is nothing...just never had it before. thanks for any help

ive got the same thing as you and it kills,did u find out what it was?
