Exercise

I was wondering what exercises some of you do pre-prego, prego and post-prego that worked to keep you in shape. I have heard that walking and swimming are great.. are there any others that you guys use? Personally I love the body ball.. of course I am not prego now and have not asked about continuing to use it once I do become prego...
Just curious really.. and probably bored so if it doesn't make since dont kill me Wink

You will still be able to exercise while pregnant. In the later months you'll have to modify your exercises a little to accomodate your belly. Smile

Bike riding, treadmills, weights in moderation.

It isn't recommended to start an intensive work out regimen when you become pregnant. But if you already are, say, jogging - you could continue unless your doctor tells you not to.

No. You can do sit ups. Just not in later pregnancy. This would be something that would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about. Smile
