Oh for goodness.....
Yes her parents can very much so prevent
you from seeing her or the baby. If they
wanted they could have you put in jail.

you would have to check the legal stuff
out in your jurisdiction. your not that
much older than her so i doubt any legal
action can be taken against you, maybe if
you were 18... i dunno, look online. but
as the father i think you probably do have
legal sway, you should be entitled to your
child. just because it wasnt your womb,
doesnt make you any less of a parent to
that child and honestly, if you want to
step up to the plate, they should let the
semantics go and embrace the help. maybe
you need to remind them of the resentment
that baby will feel towards them for
denying it the right to know its father.
adopted children express resentment for
being taken from their birth parents
regularly, even if it was for their best
interest. knowing our heritage is an
undeniable curiosity expressed by mankind,
also its good to have contact with our
family to know its medical history, like
if epilepsy runs in the family.
best of luck

yes you should be able to see the baby.
Although you are 16 and old anough to have
sex were as she isn`t.
You could get in real trouble as it is a
form of rape.

Why are you already asking about seeing
the baby? Didn't the condom just break a
couple of days ago? Didn't you go get
Plan B from CVS or any other drug
store????

I know this won't be approved upon by you
lovey women but surely for the child to
get the best upbringing should the father
not be able to see it? I really feel that
first of all he has been stupid getting a
14 year old pregnant, but really in 5
years time when she is 19 and he is 22
(the child would be 5) would it not be
great if they where still together, as a
family unit?

That would be great, but they can be a
family unit after he gets out of jail. He
is 27 now, he'll be 32 in 5 years.
