Hi

I am new here. A few years ago, I suffered from bulimia. I was a competitive athlete at bicycle racing. I would binge and purge. I finally stopped the problem a couple of years ago once I had to stop racing from an injury. Ever since, I have had the problem of food getting stuck in my esophagus. I have read online where the esophagus can narrow from bulimia. Food will get stuck in there right in the chest area and it doesn't go down. In the end, I have to vomit it back up because the pain becomes so excruciating. Does anyone else here suffer from this? My wife knows about the bulimia I used to suffer. It was a lot easier to deal with this problem when I was single than it is now because she is always concerned over it.

Hi
There are ways of turning those situations around. Have smaller meals, have fruits, for example, drink natural juices, milk, etc. Smile
You'll feel better.
