Hi Im 15 years old and I am really worried
because for the past 3 months I been
throwing up just before my period, but it
only happeneds once a month just before my
period starts. I don't know why this is
happening cause this has never happend to
me before and I know this is not normal,
The last time this happend I felt sick so
I ran to the bathroom and start throwing
up and then went to sit out on the couch
and I was bleeding down below so I know I
just started my period. It only happends
in the middle of the night too, I am so
worried, Please help me.

Go to the DOCTOR!!! It could just mean
that you need to go on the pill to control
your periods better. But if it is
something more you shouldn't wait time.
Plus, why go through that if someone could
help you...like a DOCTOR!!! Good luck.

Menstruation is different for all girls.
Throwing up is not too uncommon when
you're having your period although it does
seem peculiar that you're throwing up
before your period. I would talk to your
doctor or a gynocologist. I'm trying to
remember the different terms I learned in
my Biology of Women class I took last
year, but I can't! But basically, some
girls have problems with their
menstration... like for instance, annemia.
So... I think your best bet would be to go
on the pill so it can help regulate your
periods and make them a LOT more pleasant.
