Hi Im 15 years old and I am really worried because for the past 3 months I been throwing up just before my period, but it only happeneds once a month just before my period starts. I don't know why this is happening cause this has never happend to me before and I know this is not normal, The last time this happend I felt sick so I ran to the bathroom and start throwing up and then went to sit out on the couch and I was bleeding down below so I know I just started my period. It only happends in the middle of the night too, I am so worried, Please help me.

You should probably talk this over with a doctor

Go to the DOCTOR!!! It could just mean that you need to go on the pill to control your periods better. But if it is something more you shouldn't wait time. Plus, why go through that if someone could help you...like a DOCTOR!!! Good luck.

Menstruation is different for all girls. Throwing up is not too uncommon when you're having your period although it does seem peculiar that you're throwing up before your period. I would talk to your doctor or a gynocologist. I'm trying to remember the different terms I learned in my Biology of Women class I took last year, but I can't! But basically, some girls have problems with their menstration... like for instance, annemia. So... I think your best bet would be to go on the pill so it can help regulate your periods and make them a LOT more pleasant.
